Tori's journey in Talent Acquisition began with a deep seated passion for connecting individuals with the right opportunities. She loves learning peoples' stories and contributing to their personal journeys. Early on in her career, Tori made the decision to make Nashville her home and joined Healthways as a recruiter where she gained experience with both corporate and clinical recruiting. Over the next decade, Tori's dedication and expertise led her to build and lead the Talent Acquisition function for the organization. With a track record of effective leadership and vast understanding of recruiting, Tori nurtured and developed high performing teams that consistently exceeded the unique talent demands of a high growth healthcare organization. Tori understands organizational talent struggles and the need for thoughtful urgency as the team she led filled 800-1000 positions annually. Her strategies, processes and teams made a tangible impact on the growth and success of the organization. Tori cultivated an extensive and trusted network of healthcare professionals through her recruiting experience, a critical resource she continues to tap into today. Outside of work, Tori finds joy in spending time with her two daughters, whether it's cheering them on during dance performances or sporting events. She never misses a Friday happy hour on the porch with her husband, has a love for bluegrass music and finds strength and peace in her faith.
